Phil Plantier helped his team muscle past the Cincinnati Reds, 8-4. In the game, the Orlando right fielder went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. Orlando now has a 3-game win streak.

Boston, Massachusetts-born Jeff Bagwell came through in the clutch. In the top of the third, with a runner on 1st and the Sun Rays trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run to left to put Orlando on top.
