Multi-HR Game for Higginson in 7-6 Win
The Cincinnati Reds did just enough to secure a 7-6 victory over the Orlando Devil Rays at Orlando Citrus Bowl. Nobody did more than left fielder Bobby Higginson, who captured player of the game honors. Joey Hamilton picked up the win with 9 innings of work. He allowed 6 earned runs on 10 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 5. On the season, he is now 11-6. Cincinnati now has a 4-game win streak.

Higginson contributed when he hit a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth. Coming with one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, the home run proved to be critical to helping Cincinnati get the win.

"It was offense that won us the game," said winning manager Eric Deutsch.
