Senators Turn Back Orioles, 3-1

Washington turned a good effort from starter John Burkett into a win over the Baltimore Orioles at Memorial Stadium. The final score was 3-1. Washington has now won 3 in a row.
In the top of the second, Willie Greene took a fastball from Dwight Gooden and pounded a 2-run home run to right-center. It put Washington on top, 2-0. For the game, Greene went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
