Hentgen Finishes Off Orioles
|
The Montreal Expos got a strong performance from pitcher Pat Hentgen, who stymied the Baltimore offense en route to a 8-2 win at Memorial Stadium. At 7-3, the Expos have played well so far.
Hentgen's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 10 strikeouts in 9 innings while allowing 4 hits. Hentgen goes to 1-0 on the year with 16 strikeouts.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Hentgen said after the game.
