Rheal Cormier of the Kansas City Royals humiliated the St. Louis Cardinals at Royals Stadium today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 5 hits.

"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said St. Louis manager Adam Rabel, after the game.

Cormier whiffed 10 and walked 1 in the 8-0 win.

"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Cormier said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."

In 22 starts this season Cormier has rung up a 11-4 record and a 2.85 ERA.
