The Seattle Pilots saddled the Arizona Diamondbacks with a loss at Kingdome. The final score was 7-6. Dante Bichette, named player of the game, was 3 for 5, including 2 singles and 1 home run. The Seattle right fielder scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Seattle reliever Darren Holmes picked up the win, upping his record to 4-3. Mark Dewey took the loss. J.T. Snow produced a go-ahead single for Seattle in the bottom of the ninth. With two out and a runner on 2nd, Snow hit a run-scoring single off Mark Dewey. It put the Pilots in front, 7-6.
