Orlando and Texas duked it out at Orlando Citrus Bowl and the Devil Rays came out victorious.

Orlando Devil Rays starter Wilson Alvarez pitched a strong game against the Texas Rangers at Orlando Citrus Bowl, leading the Devil Rays to a 7-6 win. The Devil Rays bumped their record to 64-51 with this latest triumph.

Jose Oquendo gave Orlando a good at-bat in the bottom of the eighth inning. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring double to help send Orlando to the win.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Orlando manager Ben Tennyson.
