Strawberry Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle
Darryl Strawberry stole the headlines today, hitting for the cycle in the Cleveland Spiders' 22-3 win over the Minnesota Twins.

"Well that was fun, huh?" he said, smiling, after the game.

His 4 hits got the Spiders offense going and his 5 RBI and 3 runs scored helped to seal the verdict.

Darryl Strawberry struck out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jerry Spradlin in the 7th and hit a three-run triple in the 8th.

During the current season Strawberry is batting at a .260 clip with 30 home runs and 64 RBIs. He has played in 92 games and scored 77 times.
