The Milwaukee Creams grabbed a 13-7 win over the Boston Red Sox at Milwaukee County Stadium. Milwaukee designated hitter Ken Caminiti hit 3 home runs, while scoring 5 runs and driving in 7 to earn player of the game honors. The Creams bumped their record to 68-54 with this latest triumph.

Brad Ausmus aided the Milwaukee cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third. For the game, the catcher went 1 for 4. He drove in 2 runs.
