Cardinals Come Back Late to Top Knights
The St. Louis Cardinals picked up a win at Comiskey Park, knocking off the Charlotte Knights, 4-3. On the mound for St. Louis was right-hander Rene Arocha, who played a pivotal role in the win. At 62-60, the Cardinals find themselves in 4th place in the Federal League Central Division.

Karim Garcia had a big 2-run home run for the Cardinals in the top of the eighth inning. With St. Louis trailing 3-2 and a runner on 1st, he got a fastball from Greg Mathews and stroked the home run to right-center. It was his 22nd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Cardinals ahead, 4-3.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Garcia.
