Bohanon Now 5-14 After Subduing Marlins
In a tight game between the New York Yankees and the Florida Marlins, pitcher Brian Bohanon was terrific on the mound. The New York left-hander was named the player of the game in New York's 3-0 win. Even with the win, the Yankees have a dismal 30-93 record.

Bohanon dominated for New York, raising his record to 5-14. Florida hitters had few good at-bats against the left-hander, who scattered 3 hits over 8.2 innings while striking out 7.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Bohanon said.
