Multi-HR Game for Jaha in 7-3 Win
Spirited fans at RFK Stadium greeted the Washington Senators for their clash with the Montreal Expos.

Benefiting from John Jaha's productive game, the Montreal Expos downed the Washington Senators, 7-3. Jaha went 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Expos. The Expos bumped their record to 77-50 with this latest triumph.

Jaha had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 0-2 fastball from Carlos Perez, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Expos a 4-3 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Jaha.

"I still think this team has room for improvement," Jaha told the Montreal Chronicle.
