Tripp Cromer said "it felt like taking batting practice" today at Ballpark of Fremont, and it showed in the box score. The Rochester shortstop had a fantastic 5-for-7 day against the Brooklyn Cyclones, leading his club to victory, 29-6.
"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Cromer said later."
Tripp Cromer flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, doubled in the 8th, walked in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
