24-year-old Brooklyn Cyclones pitcher Frankie Rodriguez had a strong outing against the Asheville Moonshiners at Torrance Grounds today, keeping them off the scoreboard the whole game. He struck out 6 in the 3-0 win and walked 2 while surrendering 8 hits.

"Hopefully there will be plenty more of these in the future for us," he said.
