Ocean City right-hander Ariel Prieto made an effective start against the Bluff City Beasties at Ravens Ballpark, leading his team to a 4-1 win. The Blue Crabs bumped their record to 20-17 with this latest triumph.

It could have been a different outcome for Ocean City, had it not been for Pat F. Kelly, the 29-year old second baseman . Kelly contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put Ocean City up, 1-0.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Bluff City manager .
