Concepcion Goes on Rampage Against Otters
|
Onix Concepcion was the King of Swing today at Ballpark of Fremont today in the 23-21 Brooklyn Cyclones win over the Milwaukee Otters. The Brooklyn shortstop stepped into the batter's box 5 times against the Milwaukee and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him.
"Unbelievable feeling," he told the press. "It felt good. 5-for-5 isn't bad for your batting average either."
Onix Concepcion singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th and walked in the 8th.ink]
So far this year Concepcion has hit .328 with 1 home run, 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
