Mashore Shines in Red Wings Win
The Rochester Red Wings defeated the Jacksonville Suns, 6-2, at Field of the Running Rebels. Rochester right fielder Damon Mashore was named player of the game for his superb performance. He went 4-5 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Darryl Scott picked up the win with 5 innings of work. He allowed 1 earned run on 3 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 1.
