Swamp Foxes Come Back Late, Nip Cyclones
Despite a fine performance by center fielder David Green, the Brooklyn Cyclones suffered a 7-6 loss to the Savannah Swamp Foxes. Green went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. The winner was Donne Wall in relief. His record improves to 5-0. Jim Mecir took the loss. Toby Borland earned the save, his 7th.

Pedro Castellano produced a go-ahead single for Savannah in the top of the ninth. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Castellano hit a run-scoring single off Jim Mecir. It put the Swamp Foxes in front, 7-6.

"We'll take this win and move on," said Castellano.

Savannah is 5th in the Atlantic Southeast with a record of 20-22.
