Otters Bang Out 8-6 Win Versus Hartford
|
The Milwaukee Otters downed the Hartford Whalers, 8-6, at Wolves Ballpark. The Otters were led by Robby Thompson, who captured player of the game honors. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The winner was Willie Blair, who threw 75 pitches over 5 innings. The right-hander was charged with 2 runs on 7 hits. The Otters now have a record of 23-24 with the win over Hartford.
