Starting pitcher Armando Reynoso fulfilled his part of the bargain, helping the Columbus Clippers stymie the Toledo Mud Hens, 8-1. Reynoso, now 4-6, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 4, walking 0, and allowing 1 run. The 5th-place Clippers lifted their record to 19-33.
