Sebra Stops Detroit Cold
|
Bob Sebra of the San Francisco Giants humiliated the Detroit Tigers at Candlestick Park today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 3 hits.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Detroit manager Julio Izquierdo, after the game.
Sebra whiffed 10 and walked 2 in the 4-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Sebra said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
