Cyclones Drop Another One
A 5-RBI performance from Paul Sorrento helped the Bluff City Beasties beat the Brooklyn Cyclones, 11-6. The Beasties, at 35-33, have now won 4 straight.

In the bottom of the sixth, with Bluff City trailing 5-4, shortstop Jeff Treadway hit a 2-run single. The hit came off Darren Dreifort and put the Beasties ahead, 6-5.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Bluff City manager .
