Asheville Moonshiners starter Salomon Torres was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Savannah Swamp Foxes, 6-1. Torres picked up the win for Asheville, going 8.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 10 hits. He now sports a record of 9-3. The second-place Moonshiners have won 7 straight.
