Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Clippers
The Columbus Clippers did just enough to sneak past the Southeast Slammers, 4-3, at Mules Ballpark. Columbus pitcher Carlos Pulido earned player of the game honors. Columbus reliever Bryan Eversgerd picked up the win, upping his record to 4-2. Scott Sullivan shouldered the loss. Columbus bumps their record to 35-40 with the win.

One of the biggest contributors for Columbus was right fielder Derrick May. In the bottom of the 11th, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, May got a full count fastball and hit a sacrifice fly. That put the Clippers on top, 4-3.

May called the win "a collective effort."
