Giants Win at New York, 6-2

Fans at Shea Stadium were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown New York Mets take on the San Francisco Giants.
The New York Mets went down to defeat to Butch Henry and his San Francisco teammates. The final score was 6-2 in favor of the Giants. The win brings the Giants to 10-8, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.
The Giants picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"Good baseball players make you a smarter manager," said San Francisco manager Alen Maglajac.
