Walk-Off Victory for Blue Crabs Takes Record to 43-34
The Ocean City Blue Crabs trumped the Milwaukee Otters, 7-6, at Fire Dogs Ballpark. Ocean City first baseman Don Mattingly was named player of the game for his performance. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Ocean City now sits in second place in the Atlantic Southeast at 43-34.

Jeff Abbott had a big 2-run single for the Blue Crabs in the bottom of the ninth inning. With Ocean City trailing 6-5 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from Mike Myers and stroked the single to center. It was his 49th hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Crabs ahead, 7-6.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Mattingly said.
