McRae, Rangers Rough Up Yankees
The Texas Rangers defeated the New York Yankees, 11-0, at Arlington Stadium today. Leading the charge for Texas was left fielder Brian McRae. He went 2 for 2 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. The Yankees fall to 8-10 and continue their wobbly start to the 1995 season.

McRae made an early impact for Texas when he stroked his 3rd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came in the bottom of the first, put the Rangers on top, 4-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said McRae.
