Milwaukee's Lancaster Stands out in Shutout
|
Les Lancaster of the Milwaukee Otters humiliated the Savannah Swamp Foxes at Stags Ballpark today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 6 hits.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Savannah manager , after the game.
Lancaster whiffed 3 and walked 2 in the 1-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Lancaster said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
Checking out his stats for the season, Lancaster has racked up 7 wins and 3 losses in 16 starts, 5.15 ERA and struck out 50 batters in 85.2 innings.
