The Rochester Red Wings topped the Savannah Swamp Foxes, 6-4, at Paradise Grounds. Rochester center fielder Damon Mashore earned player of the game honors. He banged out 3 singles and 1 double, while driving in 1 runs. The Red Wings saw their record improve to 24-86.

Tied up with the Swamp Foxes in the top of the seventh inning, the Red Wings got a boost from left fielder Jacob Brumfield. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Brumfield saw a first pitch forkball from Candy Sierra and hit a run-scoring single to break the stalemate and put Rochester on top, 4-3.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Brumfield.
