Late Rally by Blue Crabs Secures Win
Gerald Williams did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Buffalo Bisons from losing, 7-6, to the Ocean City Blue Crabs at Aspinwall Grounds. Williams went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Ocean City reliever Jay Powell picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Brian Shouse shouldered the loss. The last-place Blue Crabs have won 4 straight.

Ray Durham contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the seventh. With the bases loaded, he hit a sacrifice fly. It was one at-bat that propelled Ocean City to the win.

"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Durham.
