Hansen Helps Clippers Run Win Streak to 3
|
Dave Hansen left his imprint on the 15-4 Columbus win against the Danville Dairy Daddies. Hansen, who is tied for 3rd in the ATL in bases on balls with 69, went 2-5 with a double and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 5. Columbus now has a 3-game win streak.
Hansen made an early impact for Columbus when he stroked his 1st double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which came in the top of the second, put the Clippers on top, 7-0.
Hansen said his wife shared good advice with him before the game. "She said, 'Don't allow this game to make you mad.' When I thought about it, I realized this is just a game. I was able to relax at the plate."
