Riding the 3-hit performance of the 34-year old left fielder David Green, the Brooklyn Cyclones stopped the Columbus Clippers, 4-2. Brooklyn now sits in third place in the Atlantic Northeast at 59-52.

Green's nice game included a clutch 2-run double in the top of the fifth.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Columbus skipper , "and it cost us."
