Hot Start Continues for Giants
The San Francisco Giants got a good effort from starter Omar Daal in defeating the Toronto Blue Jays at Candlestick Park. The final score was 5-2. The Giants, now 16-3, have been playing some good baseball.

In the bottom of the first inning with two out, San Francisco catcher Sandy Alomar Jr. hit a 2-run home run. It made the score 3-0, Giants. For the day, Alomar Jr. was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We take it day by day here," said Daal, "and today was a good one for us."
