Jacksonville Suns starter Clint Sodowsky was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Milwaukee Otters, 3-2. Al Levine picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 5-4. Chuck Crim was tagged with the loss. The 'W' lifts Jacksonville's record to 65-56.

Jeff Manto had the critical at-bat for Jacksonville. With one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, he hit a walk-off run-scoring double. It gave Jacksonville the 3-2 walk-off win.

Sodowsky said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
