Chukars Bang Out 8-3 Win Versus San Antonio
The Idaho Falls Chukars racked up a win at Alleycats Ballpark, bumping off the San Antonio Missions, 8-3. Rich Hunter, who started for Idaho Falls, pitched effectively for his team. Ralph Citarella earned the save, his 1st, for the Chukars. At 3-1, the Chukars have played well so far.

Dave Hajek dealt the Missions a blow in the bottom of the fourth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Idaho Falls leading 2-0, Hajek hit a 1-1 fastball for a 2-run double.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Hunter.
