Mondesi Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Montreal in Walk-Off Win
The Los Angeles Dodgers got a superb performance from catcher Mickey Tettleton, but the Montreal Expos still won the game, 10-9. Tettleton was named the player of the game despite the loss. He was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. The win was Ken Howell's in relief. His record improves to 3-0. Donovan Osborne took the loss for Los Angeles. The win brings the Expos to 14-6, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.

The game was at a stalemate until right fielder Raul Mondesi came to bat in the bottom of the 14th. Facing Los Angeles pitcher Donovan Osborne, he hit a 1-1 changeup for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Montreal on top, 10-9.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Montreal manager David Polakoff.
