River Rats Lose, 6-2, at Bay Hawks Ballpark
New Orleans Brass starter Trevor Wilson was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Spokane River Rats, 6-2. Wilson went 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 3, and struck out 5. His record improves to 1-0. The Brass, now 10-5, have played some good baseball in the early going.

Jose L Cruz put New Orleans in front, 4-0, when he took Jeff C D'Amico downtown. His 3-run home run came with no one out in the bottom of the third. It was his 4th home run of the season.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Cruz.
