Charlotte catcher Todd Zeile had 5 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Cincinnati Reds, 13-5. Erik Hanson was the winner. Over 5 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 5 hits, with 2 walks and 8 strikeouts. The Reds drop to 10-10 and continue their inconsistent start to the 1997 season.
