Sounds Take Tight Tilt
|
Despite a fine performance by third baseman Russ Davis, the Tacoma Rainiers suffered a 4-3 loss to the Nashville Sounds. Davis went 2-5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Tacoma's current losing streak is now 4 games.
It could have been a different outcome for Nashville, had it not been for Danny Bautista, the 24-year old center fielder . Bautista contributed a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put Nashville up, 4-1.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Nashville manager .
