Conditions were not ideal but Omaha and Round Rock were able to put their game in the books.

Omaha pitcher Bill Wegman did his part in helping his team beat the Round Rock Express, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Getting the save was David Palmer, his 2nd.

With two out in the top of the seventh, David Justice barreled up a fastball from John Johnstone. The result was a 2-run home run, putting the Storm Chasers in front, 3-0.
