Center Fielder Becker goes 3-for-4, Steals Spotlight in Round Rock Rout
The Tucson Tarantulas and Round Rock Express cranked it up at Ballpark of Louisville.

The Round Rock Express topped the Tucson Tarantulas by the score of 12-3, with the largest share of the credit going to right fielder Rich Becker. Becker went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Express. Wade Taylor picked up the win with 9 innings of work. He allowed 3 earned runs on 9 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 4-3.

Becker put Round Rock up, 8-0, when he hit a 3-run home run off Brian J. Anderson in the top of the third. His 1st home run of the season helped the Express capture the win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Becker told reporters after the game.

The Express raised their record to 22-25.
