Extra-Inning Win by Sounds over Storm Chasers

The Nashville Sounds did just enough to sneak past the Omaha Storm Chasers, 4-3, at Maples Stadium. Nashville pitcher Jaime Navarro earned player of the game honors. The winner was Nashville reliever Jose J. Bautista, now 5-3. The loser was Mike Bovee. Nashville has now won 3 in a row.
It could have been a different outcome for Nashville, had it not been for Danny Bautista, the 24-year old center fielder . Bautista contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the 11th inning to put Nashville up, 4-3.
In postgame remarks, Bautista simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
