The Omaha Storm Chasers topped the Spokane River Rats, 3-0, in Pacific action at Foxes Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Omaha pitcher Bill Wegman. The Storm Chasers have an impressive 40-14 record.
David Justice, who is tied for 9th in the PAC in extra base hits with 16, had a direct impact on the outcome. Justice contributed a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put Omaha up, 3-0.
"It's not by accident that Bill finds ways to get outs," said Omaha skipper .
