Gross Finishes Off Warriors
The San Antonio Missions picked up a win at Ballpark of Milton, knocking off the Walla Walla Warriors, 16-1. Starting pitcher Kevin Gross was an essential part of his team's success. The third-place Missions now have a 5-game winning streak.

Gross, a native of Downey, California, was dealing all game. He kept Walla Walla hitters off-balance, while giving the Missions 9 quality innings. Gross threw 104 pitches, allowing 2 hits and striking out 6.

"The boys came out and just played their butts off," said San Antonio manager .
