Storm Chasers Win 3-1 Walk-Off
|
The Omaha Storm Chasers defeated the San Antonio Missions, 3-1, in Pacific action at Maples Stadium, with Omaha pitcher Mark Leiter named player of the game. At 34-50, Omaha is in 5th place in the Pacific Central.
With Omaha trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the ninth, Henry Blanco hit a 3-run home run off San Antonio pitcher Terry Mulholland. It put the Storm Chasers ahead 3-1.
