Storm Chasers Prove Rude Guests, Win 5-1 at New Orleans
The Omaha Storm Chasers got a strong performance from pitcher Bill Wegman, who stymied the New Orleans offense en route to a 5-1 win at Bay Hawks Ballpark. The Storm Chasers improved to a lofty 71-30.

One consequential at-bat came in the top of the second. With a runner on 2nd, the batter, Jeff Grotewold, hit a 2-run home run. It made the score 2-0, Omaha, and helped them go on to win.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Wegman.
