The Colorado Springs Sky Fox stopped the Omaha Storm Chasers, 4-0, behind an impressive performance from David Doster. The 26-year old second baseman made life miserable for Omaha pitching. He went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. The last-place Sky Fox are now 37-64, the Storm Chasers 44-57.

Doster had no bigger at-bat than in the top of the third when the 26-year old second baseman hit a run-scoring single. The single gave Colorado Springs the lead, 1-0. It was his 96th hit of the season.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Omaha skipper , "and it cost us."
