San Diego Bats Go Silent in 1-0 Loss
|
Oakland left-hander Bobby M Jones was in fine form, shutting out the San Diego Padres, 1-0. In 8 innings, Jones surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed no runs. Despite the win, Oakland, now 7-18, is off to a terrible start.
