Neagle K's 10 En Route to 2-0 Royals Win
The Kansas City Royals went home winners at Royals Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Denny Neagle. Neagle silenced the Chicago Cubs, enabling Kansas City to grab the 2-0 win. Justin Thompson was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 2 save opportunities. Kansas City improves to 82-55 with the win. They lead their division by 3½ games.
