The Round Rock Express picked up a win at Alleycats Ballpark, knocking off the New Orleans Brass, 2-1. On the mound for Round Rock was right-hander Amaury Telemaco, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Express, at 67-43, lead by one game in their division.

Telemaco ran roughshod over the New Orleans lineup. The right-hander allowed just 2 hits over 9 innings, while striking out 7. With the victory, he goes to 10-9 on the season.
